Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder

1 Tablespoon Sugar-Free Powdered Peanut Butter

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey or Dairy Free Organic)

Sweetener to Taste

Directions:

Add Ingredients to your shaker bottle in the order they are listed.  Shake until smooth. Add ice as desired and enjoy.

Recipe Notes:

If you’re watching carbs, make sure your powdered peanut butter doesn’t have any added sugar. If you’re not eating dairy, use dairy-free protein powder. You can sweeten your shake to your taste.  A good low carb option is Liquid Stevia. Caramel or Chocolate flavored liquid stevia would taste good in this shake.
