Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shaker Bottle Recipe – Low Carb

Sometimes you just have to have some strawberry cheesecake but know you shouldn’t.  Indulge this craving with a delicious protein shake that tastes just like strawberry cheesecake.  Here is a guilt-free tasty recipe for strawberry cheesecake shake.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

3-4 Strawberries, Mashed with Fork

2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey)  or (Dairy Free Organic)

Sweetener to Taste

Directions:

Add Ingredients to your shaker bottle in the order they are listed.  Shake until smooth. Add ice as desired and enjoy.

Recipe Notes:

You can sweeten your shake to your taste.  A good low carb option is Liquid Stevia. This recipe would also taste good with this Vanilla flavored liquid stevia.
